Social support for people released from places of deprivation of liberty: guidelines

The recommendations are aimed at forming a vision of the essence, tasks and features of the implementation of social support for released persons, starting from preparatory work directly in the institution of the criminal correctional system up to achieving a high level of adaptation and exit from the support program. The recommendations are intended for specialists from state and non-state organizations directly involved in the social support of released persons, and can also be used to improve legislation in the field of readaptation of released persons and the practice of its application.

The manual is intended for representatives of local executive and administrative bodies, local Councils of Deputies performing the functions of a state customer, non-governmental non-profit organizations - potential or actual executors of the state social order in the field of social services, as well as all those interested.
