The Internationales Bildungs- und Begegnungswerk gGmbH (IBB Dortmund) is excited to announce an open call for venues to host a Bootcamp event as part of the "Greenhouse for Social Innovators" project, co-funded by the European Union under Grant Contract ENI/2021/423-431-01-0011.

Requirements
We are seeking professional event organization and management companies that can provide the following:
- Accommodation and Breakfasts
- Accommodation for 100 participants and staff in a hotel with adequate capacity
- Breakfast services for all participants and staff
- Double rooms for participants and staff
Event Organization
- A suitable venue with a large conference room of at least 200 square meters to accommodate 100 participants and facilitate working in micro-groups of 3-4 people
- Necessary equipment or rental of additional equipment (e.g., audio-visual equipment, microphones, projectors)
- Catering services for meals, including lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks during the event
- Coordination with trainers, moderators, and speakers to ensure their requirements are met
- Setup and breakdown of the event space
Submission Guidelines
Interested companies are invited to submit their proposals, including:
- Availability of dates within the specified period
- Detailed quotation with a cost breakdown for accommodation, conference facilities, catering, and additional services
- Description of the venue, including photos and floor plans
- References from previous clients and examples of similar events hosted
