IBB gGmbH is looking for commercial proposals for accommodation during the upcoming Study visit to be held in NRW, Dortmund within the co-funded by the European Union Greenhouse for Social Innovators project. The main objective of the event is to learn about social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Germany, have the chance to establish contacts with representatives of 10 German social enterprises, meet young social innovators from Eastern Partnership countries who succeeded through our mentorship programme.
The event will take place in NRW (main location: Dortmund) from June 22 to June 28, 2025, and will host 18 participants.

Additional Information:

Booking Flexibility: We require the possibility to adjust the booking by a certain number of participants (10 % plus or minus) to accommodate any last-minute changes.

Sustainability: Proposals that incorporate sustainable practices and environmentally responsible measures will be given special consideration.

Payment Terms: We prefer a payment schedule where a partial advance payment is made before the event, with the final payment to be settled after the event concludes.
